Ceviche style Sea cucumber
1 sea cucumber
1 red onion
Garlic and ginger
Juice of 2 lemons
2 table spoons of sugar
Salt and pepper
2. Mix all the ingredients except the sea cucumber together.
3. In a frying pan, add all the ingredients and simmer for about 5 minutes to cook the sea cucumber with the acid
4. Add some oil to stop cooking.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve with young plants.
